Customer service was horrible. The workers were talking negatively about the customers in the store. The workers were very rude and using profanity out loud in the store while laughing, joking with each other the manager included. Will never use this store again for any of my services. When you go into the store they don’t great you properly and when you do get their attention (finally) they are rude and obnoxious. They be on their cellphones and have you just sitting there like a zombie waiting on them to stop texting on their phones sitting right in front of you(the nerve) . They talk to you very unprofessionally and when you ask a question they respond as if you just cursed them out with an attitude (hello, it’s your job to answer my questions and if you don’t know the answers try and find out the answers) a lot of the questions I asked they didn’t even know the answers to just gave me a stupid response. They were also speaking negative about one of the customers using a racist comment 😒I had just left church so I had to reframe my comments and decided to just do this review to let others know what to expect when you go to that store location. I gave them a one star but would have rather given them a -negative zero star. Absolute nonsense. I will NEVER go back to that store again. It’s bad enough you have to wait for 20-30 minutes to be seen but to be treated rudely when you are finally noticed is unacceptable 😤 and to make things worse the manager (latino lady) was just as rude. They were speaking Spanish to each other while dealing with a customer and after he left they were talking badly about him. The young guy was rudely using profanity and the manager didn’t bother to speak with him about doing that in front of their customers .They need to fire them all
Recently switched to t-mobile and heem helped me switch from boost, spent 3 hours to help us out going through this whole process. He was very patient and gave us a great deal for 2 new phones 10/10 service 😀. Deserves a raise for hard work! …
Told I was getting a promotion of 3 free sync up trackers with buying the T-Mobile home internet. I didn't care or want these trackers they just gave them to me and said T-Mobile is paying for it. I asked what the 5 dollars a month was and she said it's completely free. Come to find out there's a monthly charge on these "free" trackers I didn't even ask for.
Feels unfair to sneak something like a monthly charge into a purchase without letting the buyer know. Not real sales when the buyer is not made aware or condoning a purchase. I felt forced into something and is not what should represent the T-Mobile company. Give me honesty and vulnerability and give me the option to choose if I want it. -5 stars for me. Every time you walk into one of these stores you have to ask 100 questions and you better watch your back or they might give you a subscription you can't afford and never asked for
I went to the T-Mobile on 103rd St,. because I had a problem with some apps not installing on my phone. The young man discovered what the problem was and resolved the issue. I went there another time for a phone type issue and they resolved the issue. They are the best❣️
This store has very bad service, they lie a lot, be careful, they tell you one thing and when you already pay your bill it is something else.

Wow bad customer service forced to ID myself to see if the service is available at my address even if I with telling him my address is this a A crime ? And told me they couldn’t tell me the information over the phone. I have to drive all the way there to hear this. that’s why I stay out of t-mobile
